Boeing is using value network analysis (VNA) to create an authentic
ecosystem approach for the test operations for the 787 Dreamliner.
Boeing discovered a lot of productivity, innovation and value inhabits
the emergent networks between organizations. Value networks
visualizations allowed them to 'x-ray' the organization and to see
where the major opportunities exist and to go-after them.

productivity & innovation at the USA's largest exporter. The
productivity (economic) gains are staggering (and classified for the
moment). Boeing is moving the discipline enterprise-wide.
