Greetings,

MercurialEclipse 2.13.0 "Inconel X" has been released on this day, April 1, 2022. 

This release is a regularly-scheduled release that adds a new feature: support for topics.

Notes:

• Java 1.8+ is required.
  
• Versions of Eclipse older than Eclipse Neon (4.6.0) are not supported.
  
• Eclipse 2021-12 and later versions are not supported (see issue #630).
• Supported Mercurial versions are:
• with topics extension: 4.8 to 6.1
• without the topics extension: 3.7 to 6.1
