"Push Fails on Remote"

Hello,

 Long term user of Mercurial Eclipse. Updated to most recent release yesterday. Now when I push I get the error message in subject line (Push fails on Remote). This is pretty catastrophic!  Can' work with team now.  Suggestions please?

 Next I am going to try roll back of update and see if that helps. We use bitbucket and the repository is still live.

Hi,

I have released version 2.7.2 yesterday evening, Paris/Berlin time, probably after you sent your message. The update may provide the solution to the problem you are facing.

However, since your exact issue is not clear ("Push fails on remote" may have several causes), the actual root cause may be elsewhere, in which case I invite you to downgrade to 2.7.0 or 2.6.1 and to report an issue on the issue tracker.
