Dear All,   Am gratefull for all the new developments in the mental health sector across the fragile states and i hope this should go a long way in reaching out to all parts of the developing world who are in dare need of mental health services.   Apparently am working in a post conflict Northern Uganda where there is a great need to scale up mental health service delivery due to the trauma cased by the two decade war. I work as Livelihood Supervisor for Northern Uganda with FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY and my program contenues to address mental health needs and humanitarian demands of this community.   Also owing to this fact,i have worked on setting up THE ODWAR FUND,a small NGO that will adress psychosocial issues among this community.   I am also impressed by the programs of the Summit due in Athens,hopefully we will have more to learn and talk about in case i find chance and funding to travel.   Thanks   EDDY MORRIS OGWENG COMMUNITY PSYCHOLOGIST NORTHERN UGANDA
