Leaders, I wonder if the email google group system is working?

I've heard from several of you that you don't get the information we share via our google group email list.

Could you confirm and reply to me whether you get this message once or twice and whether it comes from the cc or the google group?

Hi Leaders, 

We are really excited for this upcoming Sunday and were looking forward to experiencing the creche with our awesome youth. We have attached the program below in case you have any questions. The Sacrament meeting will begin at 9:30 and end by 11:00, then we encourage the youth to enjoy the creche for about 20 minutes. 

We will need at least 2 volunteers from each ward (1 YM & 1 YW Leader) to help us host the rooms. If you can volunteer more leaders please add them. 

• Protect the créches.  They are generously donated by the exhibitors.  So, please, watch out for their well-being.  Ensure no one touches or takes pictures of the créches.  The créches are on loan to us and we do not have permission from the owners to take photos.

• Be gentle and kind in all your communications.  

• Remain in the area you are assigned until you are relieved.  Please do not leave your room unattended. 

Please do not leave your area until you have been instructed, even if you are driving one of the carpools.
