Hello everyone,

FYI: League starts tonight at 6:00 pm. Come early, games start at 6:15 and points are allotted 6:25.

Bring a dark and a WHITE shirt/jersey.

Also bring water to hydrate with, oh and some game, because you will probably need it.

For your entertainment:
Shannon Allen's Week 1 Write Up:

It's the first night of league so let's have some crazy speculation & see where that lands us.

Charlie's yet to be named Navy vs Jeff's Sheep of the Black.

Ladies first. Aubrey & Erica have been matched against each other more times than that obnoxious Dave guy from Storage Wars says Yup. We'll see what the other ladies bring to the table to tip the balance.

Shannon (me) prides himself on his game planning & strategy but may just pale in comparison to the years that the Sheep have under their belts. The Sheep have the muscles of Drew & BJ to flex along with the experienced. Charlie's big throws & friends are gonna have to work hard on D to pull a win out tonight. This will be a good test for the Sheep to see what their cutters are capable of. Navy will need to come together like the Planeteers & summon a Captain Planet like effort every game to show that friendship is a bond that wins.

My prediction is Navy finds their heart & beats Jeff's early season formula. When these teams meet again later in the season the tables may just turn as the Sheep turn the heat up on the burner.

Tim's Green vs Red Rivals

Only know one of the ladies so another toss up here?

Word is that Red will be missing a few of their players tonight. Green may be a bit green as far as time logged with the disc but can you ever count out "Too Hard to Beat" Timmy? These are two young teams  which could add up to a lot turnovers. The question is which squad makes fewer mistakes?

My prediction is Green leaves Red full of envy with the W in their win column.

Purple vs White

Same as above here I only know one of the ladies & can't make a call as far as game impact goes.

Plenty of potential talent on both sides for these squads. Which team will harness their potential & put together a win? Not many of the players for Purple are known so we could be seeing dark horse win from the Purple? On the other hand you have White with some cutters that'll make Purple work. Potentially the match up to watch tonight as entertainment value goes.

I call Purple to hang tough but fall short in a close game.

Rumor has it some trades have been made but as of right now I can't comment on the full scale changes. So with that in mind my predictions & so forth may (most likely) be off by miles? Regardless it adds to the drama of the coming weeks.

I apologize ladies for my lack of knowledge but can't wait to learn some names after some stellar play from you all. I hope to see good play & hear good heckling from the sidelines tonight. I'm psyched & hope you're all psyched too.

Get prepped for fun
