[MEDITECH-L] NPR Select Field to default to user

I need a Select Field to default to the user. When the user runs the
report, it will be based on the user. Right now, we have it setup so
that the user has to pick from a list of users.

If you want to hard code it to always run for the current user:

admit clerk EQ
(@.user)

If you want the person running the report to be able to change it but still
default in the current user, then you need to create a title macro to
prepopulate the default of the selection. Since you didn't specify MAGIC or
C/S, I cannot tell you exactly how to do it. For C/S, do the following:

Create a title macro:
;"_%(ADM)PAT..zcus.report.name.M..title("")_"
IF{'/GO 1^/GO,
@SET.DEFAULTS},
/R.TITLE;

SET.DEFAULTS
"Report Name"^/R.TITLE,
@.user^c.admit.clerk,
END

Then set your selection to the following:
admit.clerk EQ
For Clerk:

Then change the title of your report to:
"_%(ADM)PAT..zcus.report.name.M..title("")_"

Modify the above to fit your report name/internal name.

Using your select exactly as defined, go into #8 Edit Elements and add
the following attribute to your admit.clerk field:

DFT2=@.user

How are other facilities charging when the providers dictate their
progress notes? Our providers are also our employees so we do the
billing for them but currently they are not well educated for picking
the correct CPT. We also have many Locums. We are implementing OE,
PCS, POM and ITS along with some others. Will one of these modules
capture this information easily?
