We are a MEDITECH MAGIC site and are considering converting to the
Extend Block Pointers (EBP) to increase the size of certain databases
form 8K to 16K.
With a recommendation from MEDITECH, they advised using EBP for the
machines that currently house "PCI" / "NUR" and "ABS" / MSM products.
Has anyone moved to EBP for certain machines?
Have you experienced any response time issues for end-users trying to
access MEDITECH machines that are now EBP?
