We have users reporting that when they access Meditech Client Server 5.64 via Citrix, there are some places where the mouse wheel will not scroll, and instead they actually need to click the arrows on the scroll bar to scroll.
Is anyone else having this trouble and have you found a way to alleviate the complaints?
We are Meditech Magic 5.64 and the mouse wheel doesn’t work in Meditech at all. Does it only work in C/S or is there something I can do to make it work??
