[MT-L] DME scripts and MCR part B

We are struggling to streamline the workflow in CS 5.66 pp8  for our providers when ordering DME equipment (CPAP, Diabetic Shoes, etc.) for patients...For example DME offices are resending the a fax for the CPAT  requesting the date of polysomnogram, patient prognosis, and other qualifying information to support the diagnosis. Has anyone been able to come up with a solution for this?

 

I was thinking of creating a form and see if I can pull specific data from the provider documentation and patient demographics to fax...but before I recreate the wheel I would really like to collaborate with anybody having the same issue or has resolved this concern. The last thing our providers want is a fillable canned text option within the script itself.
