Our business office is interested in knowing what software is being used for denial management.
Any information is appreciated.
Thanks,
Cindy

We use Array’s Remit Denial Management program. It’s good for working denials as tasks as well as reporting on them. It’s also very customizable to your specific needs and the support is exceptional.

We just installed the Remittance Denial Management (RDM) option in Array’s Task + system and although there are some “process/behavior” issues to iron out, we are very happy with the product. Please contact me directly with specific questions. Good luck!

Hi,
Do you also use Meditech’s 835 posting solution? If not, how do you get all of your denial codes into Meditech for Array to report on them?

Yes, we’re electronic with Medicare A & B, Medicaid, Blue Cross and United Healthcare in Meditech. We’re almost (!) through with a project in which all of our commercial files will be in .835 format, so we will have to manually post only about 5% of our remits. Currently, we do manually post payments, adjustments and CAS codes from commercial remits.
