[MT-L] Meditech 5.6.4 upgrade causing problems with Access EForms AP Check Printing

Good Afternoon! Yawn. We just went live with upgrade from MAGIC 5.6.1 SR11 to MAGIC 5.6.4 SR6 this morning, been at it since 1am, and we are currently experiencing an issue with data missing on our AP checks that ultimately print out of our Access e-Forms system. Access e-Forms has not changed. However, when we print the check to a blank piece of paper, the layout is different from 5.6.1 to 5.6.4. Not sure why this is - because the check printing report frag has not changed, we have no customs, and can't identify any enhancement that would impact this. Frag is not a custom report, it is a standard report. Meditech is still stumped too.

If anyone has any ideas, we would be grateful!
