[MT-L] Meditech's Medical Necessity - Paper Orders

Can anyone who is using Meditech’s Medical Necessity share with me your process on using paper orders? Since you can only trigger an ABN with an electronic order we are needing to change our process. Any information will be appreciated.

Do you not enter these paper orders on the order entry side, lab or radiology? If so those modules can handle medical necessity.
