Would anyone have a recommendation for which mobile workstations have
worked best for you? I'm researching a few options for BMV. Thank you!

Hi Lindsey,

We have the Rubbermaid Medication Carts, but they are heavy so we have
purchased some Infologix Ultra SL models
(http://www.infologix.com/Healthcare-Solutions/Mobile-Carts/Ultra-SL/pag
e.aspx?cid=199). The new carts were for Cardiopulmonary and they didn't
want the med drawers (but the carts can have med drawers). So far we
really like them. They are well made and easy to move around.

We use Rubbermaid carts as well. We have had a few issues with them but
overall have been happy. Support is good. But weigh the costs of doing
computers in each room vs maintenance and support cost in man-hours.

We just finished a vendor trial on med carts and mobile workstations. We
narrowed down our choices based on vendors we saw and HIMSS and then stuck
with ones that would bring in a cart and leave for us to try. We like both
the Howard carts and the Ergotron carts. We currently have some Artromick
carts, which are fine but a bit heavy. Our therapy dept. needed a
workstation that they could sit down at, so they are going with Ergotron.
