[MT-L] Auto-printing CDC VIS form from C/S 5.6.5 PCS

Is anyone auto-printing the VIS (Vaccine Information Sheet) form based on PCS documentation?  When the vaccine is indicated and documented as such, our hope is to have the VIS auto-print.  Rather than go to the CDC’s external link, we are trying to print these from within PCS.

 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
