I actually figured out the answer to the original post for the date
fields. I put this code for the fields to work:
xx.ins.eff.date
VAL=@ins.authm.eff.date[urn,@insurance.mnemonic[1],
VAL=+ins.authm.data[urn,@insurance.mnemonic[1],""]]
For the Date Authorized I used the same except for replacing
@ins.authm.eff.date with @ins.authm.status.date.

I have a report that I need the Authorization Number, which I have
pulling correctly, and the Date Verified and Date Authorized for primary
insurance. Does anyone have a solution as to how to pull the date
