[MT-L] Make and model of laserjet printer to print UB's & 1500's - C/S 5.63

We would like to start printing our UB's and 1500's on a Laserjet printer. Is anyone printing them in C/ 5.63? or 5.64? We will be updating to 5.64 in the spring. What make and model do you use? Do they line up? Do you use a 3rd party software to print them, such as Form Fast?
Any information would be helpful.
