[MT-L] Syndromic Surveillance

I was wonder if anyone has implemented Syndromic Surveillance that uses
the ADT-ROD interface? Our State Wisconsin is suggesting that we also
include ADT Messaging A01, A03, and A08 also. I was wondering if anyone
has implemented this type of interface?
