Lab charges for this. I think there is some sort of back office managing of the cost because it is supplied by a pharmacy supplier, but the bill still comes from the lab module.

The Blood Bank sets up the Rhogam and bills for it. We send the patients
to OB Diagnostics to get the shot from 8am until 4:30pm. After 4:30pm
they are instructed to come back the next day
