[MT-L] Faxing CWS Letters

We are using Magic 5.64 and are looking to fax CWS letters either by demand faxing or auto faxing.  Has anyone ever done this?  Perhaps by using a third party vendor (i.e. Forward Advantage/Smart Route).

Hi Jen,

Yes, that's exactly what I do with confirmation letters (booking sheets) to surgeon's offices upon ORM bookings, using Forward Advantage.   I had a smart route token set up and placed it generically enough on my letter that I could use it for more than one type of letter that I wanted faxed out.  It works great.
