[MT-L] Communication to Physicians

Happy Tuesday to All:
I got a request from our Case Management team re: creating some form of communication to the physicians in MEDITECH. What process do you have in place? I am aware of the Notice feature but unfortunately, the physicians do not even open this routine. Any input is greatly appreciated. We are 6.07 PP10 going 6.15 in Aug.

Depending on the communications need, I've use NetDelivery by Interbit to route reports or messages securely or their NetRelay messaging client when I was at Southwestern Vermont Healthcare. With NetRelay you can setup acknowledgement setting so that the receipt and read back is documented, also you can take secure pictures with your smart phone and have them archived to the patients medical record.
I'll be speaking a little bit about this at MUSE 2016 if you're coming.
