We are a 150 bed hospital on client server 5.54 PP10. We will be going live
with PCS and BMV later this year. We do not have a 24 hour pharmacy
currently and are interested in other hospitals experiences regarding
staffing and effects of same.

Thank you,

I had the same experience. Although the tablets chosen did not work all
that well with Meditech (i.e. Toughbook...this was a while ago), the tablets
did eventually end up in the closet in the physicians lounge. We had a very
motivated physician who wanted to "make them work".....but after a few weeks
of trial......the tablets were mothballed. The ED docs much preferred using
the cows, desk mounted laptops, or desktops. Something about being able to
occasionaly sit down......and the screens being easier to read....and being
able to use a mouse, not a stylus or touch pad. Depends on your culture I
guess.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Digital Camera Use and Meditech

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone been able to tie images from a digital camera into Meditech?
Specifically there is a wound care initiative in our facility

We have looked at several solutions such as:

1. Valco's Digital Camera Capture application (works great for
tying patient back to Meditech but lacks a robust viewing capability)
2. Keeping a word document open in ITS and adding digital camera
pictures to it (Document size could get VERY large)
3. Using a centralized PACS and importing the digital camera images
in as a DICOM image (we have an interface to PACS so this would tie into
Meditech as well)

A couple of our user requirements are:

1. Chronological view of the images electronically
2. Verify demographics against Meditech through an indexing process

A couple of our concerns are:

1. Image quality and standards
2. Who will take the pictures
3. Storage and retention requirements

Please let me know if you have implemented any digital imaging
applications as they relate to a digital camera (no printing and
storing) or have evaluated any other products. Thanks,

Hello,

We have recently updated our Client Server Meditech version from 5.5 SR4
to 5.62. The Report Scheduler is new for us. We are looking for
information from other facilities regarding how they are handling the
extra background jobs, where you are running these, and if you needed to
add another server because of volume/resources? Any information you
would be willing to share will be appreciated.

Ditto. I'm no networking guy, but from what I understand our Cisco APs
allow us to broadcast two different WiFi signals. One signal is hooked up
to a consumer grade Comcast cable modem. The Comcast access is the guest
network that's wide open for any laptop to use. The other signal is
locked down and used primarily for Meditech access on laptop carts.

We are Magic 5.61, using OR module. We would like to default some
queries in the OR assessments, they might be entered in OR holding and
default in an assessment in the main OR.

I can default the information like this:

DFT=@p.ADM.PAT.ccdqr.response[,"ORNRF"]

This will default whether the patient has a foley present. But, it will
default for the entire admission. I want to only default information
during this OR case, since the patient may have multiple surgeries
during an admission.

Any ideas welcome.

Is anyone out there using Meditech and E-prescribing? I know that Meditech
can interface with Dr First to do this, but is anyone doing it. I don't know
if you all are aware of this, but there is pending legislation to make
E-prescribing mandatory, and I don't want to see us blindsided by this like
we were with the NDC fiasco. Just trying to be a little proactive here.

Hi All,

I have numerous summary reports (data displayed from TK1 or TK2) that offer
the user a choice of displaying the detail data. If the answer to the page
#2 prompt xx.details is "Y" I display the detail line via LC=IF{
c.xx.details="Y" 1;""}, and any explanitory header lines as necessary. I
also have seperate exports of the same report (detail line only) that has
all the proper export settings to make it a comma delimetted, quoted text
file.

I would like to combine the functionality of "Report or Export" into one NPR
report. The report will be laid out to produce a conventional paper report
but will prompt the user to specify which incantation he would like, at run
time. If "report" is selected, the report runs normal. If "Export" is
selected all necessary parameters would be set "on the fly"; like SFF NO,
EFF NO, FD 44, lines/per/page equal to page size, and page banner set to
NONE.

Does anyone know how to set these parameters at run time in order to produce
the proper export?

Thank you. Ron :-)

Hello all..

I've recently run across a few of the nifty Meditech Programs that can
be called from Macros that do a wide array of functions, with supplying
a few variables and a one line call, -vs- lines and lines of complicated
code. (I'm not even sure if 'Meditech Programs' are what they're called,
it's what I've started to call them).

For instance:
%PHA.MAR.allergies(urn,118,"",11) will return a patients Allergies into
a MV array.
%LAB.L.SPEC.last.result(urn,"400.0910",1) will return the last test
result..

Is there a list of these, and explanation as to what they
perform/return?

I've found a few of them invaluable, yet its one of those little
Meditech secrets that no one knows about unless you accidently stumble
across them..

Anyone know?

Thanks in advance..

Anyone have this working and if so can you share your setups or even How

Jose,

Datamax makes smaller, less expensive printers that would probably work,
check the M-Class or E-class printers.

Citizen also makes several nice printers similar to the Datamax.

RMS Omega is a distibutor for both.

I am wondering if the trend in our world is to keep this documentation on a
paper form or to try to move it online? I have seen quite a bit of traffic
on another listserv about doing it electronically.

If moved online, for what purpose (eg outcome reports, crash cart contents
replacement, etc)?

If moved online in your organization, is the screen actually documented in
real time, and how hard is that to do?

Samples?

A little know fact about pulling lab results onto an EDM summary:
Even if you define an LIS summary on your lab results section that
includes MIC, BBK, and PTH only LAB results will ever print. Meditech
claims this is by design. So if like us, you were using the EDM summary for
your medical records department to print thinking you were getting the
entire picture, think again. Anyone wanting the entire lab record will
need to print the summary out of lab.
This was never addressed at training and came as quite a surprise to
us.

Nicole, We had been struggling with this ourselves for about a month. I
think we have finally gotten a reliable, workable solution by using the ABS
Product Line dictionaries (which we hadn't been using). I have selection
reports to grab our MS-DRG patient classes and our AP-DRG patient classes.
Then I have a rule for each with all the DRG's assigned to the service
lines. Our CIO came up with this suggestion and aside from the fact that
you can't schedule recurring ABS compiles, it seems to be a very good way to
accomplish this.

By the way, I think you will need to request an exception from CMS so you
can pass service lines and continue to use the AP-DRG's. PG should be able
to provide that link.

Hope this helps.

Jim:

One way to find some of these standard Meditech programs is to go into
any npr report with a macro, go to a blank line and hit the F4 (Get
Key).

Then enter a backslash and hit the F9 lookup key or type a search
string, like \LAB.L.SPEC and then hit the lookup key.

Once you find some program or macro your interested in, hit the enter
key and you can view the data/info meditech provides related to that
standard program.

; Get last result for a test (not for tests w/multiple results)
; A = patient
; B = test
; C = TRUE if verified results only
; D = # of days back to check - added by LAB 12849 for PHA.

; -----------------------------------------------------------

Another method is one I use, I got this report from Brian Schmidt and I
use it to see how Meditech programs certain programs and routines, so
maybe I can manipulate them or use attributes to jump to that program
from a query response.

NPR.PROC.zcus.bm.view.info

2 MACROS, so when you get this report into your Meditech Magic System,
refile and retranslate each macro then the whole report.

I usually VIEW the data for a Procedure. Again you type in a search

I find this report very useful at times.

Hello all..

I've recently run across a few of the nifty Meditech Programs that can
be called from Macros that do a wide array of functions, with supplying
a few variables and a one line call, -vs- lines and lines of complicated
code. (I'm not even sure if 'Meditech Programs' are what they're called,
it's what I've started to call them).

For instance:
%PHA.MAR.allergies(urn,118,"",11) will return a patients Allergies into
a MV array.
%LAB.L.SPEC.last.result(urn,"400.0910",1) will return the last test
result..

Is there a list of these, and explanation as to what they
perform/return?

I've found a few of them invaluable, yet its one of those little
Meditech secrets that no one knows about unless you accidently stumble
across them..

Anyone know?

Thanks in advance..

Hi - Does anyone know of a way to get a report that has a list of
accounts where the user was prompted to queue a claim, but answered No?
We are finding that in some instances, users are doing the whole
process, then say No to queue the claim, and it sits there with no
activity. We are trying to avoid waiting until it ages to find it.
Open to any suggestions or reports that may help with this. Thanks,

If you attach a cds to the vaccine and add two demo recall queries to
default the date and time of the administration.

On the patient's next hospital visit you can default the last date and
time the vaccine was given at your facility (not at the PCP's office, or
a Clinic or a local Drug Store...)

On the PHA side we use Herb B's Vaccine History rule, works great in
PHA.

Good Luck,

We have a question regarding the possibility of defaulting an EMAR
administration (pneumococcal vaccine date/time) onto our Nursing
Admission Assessment.

We are currently completing a Vaccine screen on every admission and we
have been using EMAR/BMV since September 2007 and we would like to
remind the nursing staff if/when a vaccine was given on a previous
admission.

Thank you for any help or assistance that you can give with this.

We are on C/S 5.54.

We are a 25-bed critical access hospital and are beginning implementation on
PCS in the early fall 2008. We are also considering implementing BMV/eMAR at
the same time with the ultimate goal to go-live with all in March/April
2009.

I am trying to get a feel for what other facilities in our position have
experienced when they go live with both PCS and BMV at the same time as well
as when they are rolled out separately.

I realize that it depends on our people resources and budget. Our nurses are
(for the most part) ready for the change to electronic documentation, but am
not sure if going live with BMV would be "too much" to do at once (and not
prolong the agony any longer than it needs to be).

I would appreciate anyone's thoughts/ideas/suggestions that may help
determine the best course.

Thank you very much!!

Hello all,

I thought I had my report all set and now I'm second guessing myself. I
suppose that's a good thing.

It appears that most CPT codes in ABS.PAT are found in the segment
abs.pat.cpt.codes. However, as I look through the DPM I can see many
other places where CPT codes can potentially be stored. I noticed, for
example that segments abs.pat.drg.ov.cpts and abs.pat.cpt.chgs also store
a lot of cpt codes.

I've written a macro that looks through abs.pat.cpt.codes and picks out
patients who have certain codes. Now that I'm rethinking this, I'm
wondering if I'm missing a whole population of patients by not checking
some of these other segments.

Part of the problem is that I don't know the purpose of these segments
(e.g. drg.ov.cpts and cpt.chgs).

Does anyone have any insight into this? If you were writing a report out
of ABS.PAT that looked for certain CPT codes what segment(s) would you
look at?

Hello all,

Back in Nov someone had asked about other facilities using KIOSKs for
full patient registrations. I was wondering if there is anyone out
there doing it?? We are a Magic 5.6 facility in Canada and we have been
demoing a KIOSK for patient check-ins for a couple of months now. We
are going on to Phase 2 which is full registrations at the KIOSK. We
are only doing it for one department starting in about May but I thought
if anyone has came across any pitfalls or concerns they wanted to share
it would be very helpful.

FYI -- we are writing a NPR report so the KIOSK can pull that and
display the appts already booked into Meditech through CWS for that one
day only. The patient has to have a Nova Scotia Health Card that has
not expired to be able to swipe at the KIOSK. We are thinking about
letting the patient change their Name, DOB, NOK, PTN etc... and then the
KIOSK people would send that information through a HL7 interface to
produce a file that I will download onto a scripting tool and that way
the registration will be automated.

Any thoughts???

Good morning L land.
Is anyone out there live with Client Server PCM? We are trying to build
this glorious module, but the powers that be keep changing the scope of

i normally dont have access to payroll, but our PP person is away and i need
to produce a report (yesterday) by pay period that shows:

employee, period, dept hours charged to, job code, reg/OT/non-prod, # hours,
$s

a typical employee would have two or three lines - to cover regular, OT, and
non-productive, but if the employee worked in multiple departments, with
possibly multiple job codes, it should duplicate sets of lines for each such
scenario.

we're magic 5.61 and my preliminary analysis showed two child segments in
PP.PAY pp.time.card.file seemed to have the data i need:
pp.time.card.earnings seemed to have it in a fairly straightforward way for
employees that are charged only to one department
pp.time.card.earnings.input seemed to have some transactions for "non-home"
departments if the employee was floating there, as well as non-prod hours,
even for the employee's home department. it however didn't have all the
hours for the home dept and the float department.

i couldn't readily find any segment where it cleanly listed *all*
departments where the employee worked, the "earning" code for the type of
hours, the job code for this department, and the number of hours.

this is the strategy i thought i had to use - it's so convoluted so please
advise me if i'm all wet, or better still if you have something that does
it:

1) write the report in pp.time.card.file
2) initialize the @employee's.dept rows from data gathered by looping
through pp.time.card.earnings
3) loop through pp.time.card.earnings.input to create the rows for the other
departments where the employee floated and at the same time subtract those
hours from the rows in 2)

4) maintain all these in an /mv per employee and print it after both
segments have been looped through.

this appears way too kludgy to be the way to do it - so please advise if i
should be looking elsewhere.

Would the standard Labor Distribution reports not cover this? They have
about 8 different variations of hours & dollars and summary & detail.
They can be compiled on pay period at a time.

Hello,

We are evaluating electronic storage and retrieval of EKG tracings as well
as an interface
for our GE DASH 4000 Cardiac monitors. I have read of some using
Healthline, Epiphany, and GE MUSE.
Is there another option or vendor we should consider? I have had some
contact with Summit
Healthcare regarding interfaces and they seem very knowledgeable, but I
don't understand the
concept of the interface engine very well or whether our staff is large
enough or technically
inclined enough to set up and maintain such an animal.

Can any of these be used for all--EKG's, bedside monitoring, and telemetry?
Can they be viewed
in the pt's electronic medical record? Can the physician view them from a
web browser?

And which is most cost effective for a small, rural facility? If you have
electronic storage and
retrieval of EKG's, etc, how do your physicians like the product?

Thanks for any and all info or suggestions!

You might want to look into Epiphany Cardio. At my last hospital, it
was something we were looking into (never bought anything, but it was a
top runner and was pretty reasonably priced). Someone out on the L may
have more experience with them and say otherwise which would be good to
know either way...

Happy Spring L'ers

I am encountering a problem as LIS coordinator I hope someone else has
dealt with. How do you stay current with your CPT codes from your
reference lab? We use LabCorp and it seems they make changes to their
test dictionaries every 10 days. I cannot really keep up maintenance on
the interface changes let alone try to determine if they changed a
methodology etc. did the CPT code change. We just got word from one of
the insurance companies that we were using the wrong code for a test and
so we have to do an audit etc. How do you avoid this situation?

Any help is as always greatly appreciated.

Thanks

We are going to try a couple of these out and I was hoping someone could
share a NPR report that prints labels correctly to these. All of our
label NPRs were done by Iatric Systems years ago and I'm not sure what
really needs changed since everything is done in a macro. We are a
Magic site.

Jeanette,
I have started a project using the Iatric VSB product to scan EKG strips.
I am in the first phase of setting this up.

[MEDITECH-L] Magic 5.61 (sr 12) Requesting feedback regarding transmitting
EKG to server/Meditech

Can any of these be used for all--EKG's, bedside monitoring, and
telemetry? Can they be viewed
in the pt's electronic medical record? Can the physician view them from a
web browser?

And which is most cost effective for a small, rural facility? If you have
electronic storage and
retrieval of EKG's, etc, how do your physicians like the product?

Thanks for any and all info or suggestions!

We use the Kodak/Carestream PACS as well. We've had it for about 4 years
now along with the Meditech Interfaces, we are very pleased with both. The
only issue I have is our archive, it's a Plasmon DVD library that would be
better used as a boat anchor! Another issue we've had, it is a web based
application as Chrys pointed out, and up till now it's ran on a JAVA
platform which is very picky. Oh yeah, it also wouldn't run on IE 7 until
the upgrade. Other than the minor issues it's been very stable as is the
Meditech Interfaces.

We use the Kodak/Carestream pacs and purchased the Iatrics interfaces for
ADT, Orders/Results, and Image Launcher. Overall the products work very
well and we are satisfied. Iatrics has notification emails that are sent
out to my staff if the interfaces do not have activity for a user-defined
period of time. The hiccups that we had during the implementation came
more from the Radiology department's designated PACS adminstrator who did
not have a background with applications and did not see the project as a
hospital-wide project.

We have had some issues with the Carestream viewer. It's browser based and
has known conflicts with Google earth and yahoo IM (which aren't supposed
to be on our computers, but keep getting loaded anyway, and are used in
several physician's offices). At this point Carestream has finally
acknowledged the conflict, but have not announce plans to resolve it. On
an on-going basis, you do have to spend alot of time/effort to prove to
Carestream that the problem is on their side of the interface before they
will look at a problem. Their quick, initial response tends to be "the
problem is on the other vendor's side".

Thankfully, the Iatrics support is always "johnny-on-the-spot" and goes
above and beyond to help us to help Carestream realize that they need to
address the issue. This was our first interface purchased from them, and I
would definitely use them again. Very easy to work with, very responsive,
very knowledgeable. I am more than satisfied with them.

We are interested in what other facilities are using for their PACS
systems?
Are you happy with them, and did the Meditech interfacing go well? We
currently are using our tertiary hospital's PACS system and us Web 1000 to
view the images. The venture saved us a lot in set up cost, but we are
having problems with them and their Broker.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. We are a Magic 5.5 facility

I would like to get some input from hospitals that are using Flo Carts
and Wall Mount computers for nursing documentation. We are gathering
data for future computer needs. We currently use Flo Carts but have been
having an ongoing discussion about going to wall mount computers. The
issues we have are putting wall mounts in existing patient semi-private
rooms that are already small. Has anyone done this? How did it work? Are
the nurse's documenting in the patient's room? The cost factor I would
think would also be very high. Any responses will be greatly
appreciated!

Labcorp isn't the only one. I get them all the time from both Quest and
Specialties. Their fine print says that it is up to us (the hospitals)
to make sure the CPT codes are what we should be using. I just had them
tell us to change a cryofibrinogen assay from a valid CPT of 82585 to an
84999. CMS just LOVES the 999's. I did not make the change. I referred
to our CDM software to make sure the 82585 was still valid/applicable.

This doesn't answer your question. If the ref lab changes methods, then
we need to research. If they just say it needs to be changed, and the
CPT code is not obsolete or if there is none more specific to the
component, I leave what we have in place. It's up to us to determine
what is valid.

They are however taking up a lot of time. They are getting close to
being on the same list as Medicare.

Thanks Mark,

Testing for the /.PRT variable works well. Here is a simple sample based on
your logic. It assumes that four fields are being exported
(@account.number, @adm.date, @dis.date, @name, including 4 header labels.
The export will be quoted text, comma delimited, suitable for an Excel
"Import Delimited Data". D(44) is the comma designator, D(34) is the
quotation mark designator.

AL START start

IF{/.PRT="DOWNLOAD" @DOWNLOAD,@OUTPUT}

LOG
/OUT_D(44)_D(34)_ZZ_D(34)^/OUT,
""^ZZ

OUTPUT
/OUT%0^!,
D(13,10)^!,
""^/OUT

AL D detail (assumming that the detail line exists on page 3 and that it's
the first field, /V[1], /V[2], etc. works. If the detail line does not
exist, then substitute with @account.number, @adm.date, etc.)

IF{/.PRT="DOWNLOAD" @DOWNLOAD,@OUTPUT}

DOWNLOAD
/V[1]^ZZ,@LOG,
%Z.date.out(/V[2])^ZZ,@LOG,
%Z.date.out(/V[3])^ZZ,@LOG,

LOG
/OUT_D(44)_D(34)_ZZ_D(34)^/OUT,
""^ZZ

OUTPUT
/OUT%0^!,
D(13,10)^!,
""^/OUT
/OUT is the string of data that is exported. It will have a leading comma,
hence the need for %0 to strip it.

Thanks for your help.

MAGIC 5.61
Hiya, Ron,
I've done something similar using 1) a conditional LCR on page 3 to
suppress all of the printable output ( including the Header Page lines )
should the user pick "DOWNLOAD" at the "Print on" prompt ( or my spool
group mnemonic if I'm doing it )....

Page 3
Editing Picture - <ESC> for Fields or Region
REG A 0---------1---------2---------3--
HP B WAYNE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (<------Line check range starts
LCR='/DWN)
HP xx.user
HP BAR.PAT

D
D E 1 (<-------------Line check range ends
LCR=END)

2) An AL START macro that outputs "header" fields if the flag is set
with a couple lines to set some Meditech variables..
IF{/.PRT="DOWNLOAD" 1^/DWN,1^/R.FOUND,1^/R.PAGE.NO},
IF{/.PRT="RW" 1^/DWN,1^/R.FOUND,1^/R.PAGE.NO},
Stuff done in between.....
And here it starts sending header fields after checking the variable..
IF{/DWN %Z.date.out(b.txn.ser.date)_" -
"_%Z.date.out(e.txn.ser.date)_D(13,10)^!,
"Run Date:"_%Z.date.out(@.today)_" "_@.now_"
"_@.user_D(13,10)^!,

"NUMBER"_D(9)^!,
"NAME"_D(9)^!,
"ADM DT"_D(9)^!,
"DIS DT"_D(9)^!,
"WRITE OFF DATE"_D(9)^!,
........
........
D(13,10) is a carriage return and line feed - since you'll have to make
that happen yourself...

3) In the detail macro..you'll have to define your own delimiter or
fixed length condition. Tab delimited in my case D(9).
The download option requires a detail macro ( or at some region level )
with output lines that run if the value of a variable is set...

IF{/DWN @DOWNLOAD.LINE}
...
...
...

IF{FLAG>1
"*"}_D(9)_@number_D(9)_@name_D(9)_%Z.date.out(@adm.date)_D(9)^!,

M_D(9)^!,
@ins.rcpt["MEDCD"]_D(9)_POSTBD_D(9)^!,

So it's really not a matter of conditionally setting parameters in a
footnote - I don't even know if you can or that I've ever been
taught....it's you building the routine so it'll do it your way, I'm
thinking. I think I did a bunch of diddling / testing before it all
worked out. But it can be run by the user to print or download output.

I almost believe I stole code parts from two "Joe Magic Guru" routines
and slapped them together (a nice printable one and a nice download
one)...adding the conditional options...

I don't know how helpful this is...I'm not much more than a novice
myself...and sometimes I create some clunky stuff....

Hi All,

I have numerous summary reports (data displayed from TK1 or TK2) that
offer
the user a choice of displaying the detail data. If the answer to the
page
#2 prompt xx.details is "Y" I display the detail line via LC=IF{
c.xx.details="Y" 1;""}, and any explanitory header lines as necessary.
I
also have seperate exports of the same report (detail line only) that
has
all the proper export settings to make it a comma delimetted, quoted
text
file.

I would like to combine the functionality of "Report or Export" into one
NPR
report. The report will be laid out to produce a conventional paper
report
but will prompt the user to specify which incantation he would like, at
run
time. If "report" is selected, the report runs normal. If "Export" is
selected all necessary parameters would be set "on the fly"; like SFF
NO,
EFF NO, FD 44, lines/per/page equal to page size, and page banner set to
NONE.

Does anyone know how to set these parameters at run time in order to
produce
the proper export?
Thank you. Ron :-)

I have a couple of questions for people that have added an extra character

1) Is the extra character visible to the user?
2) Do you scan wristbands for anything else other than BMV? If so, was it a
problem to program the other software to recognize the patient by the

We are interested in finding other hospitals that are using MEDITECH
functionality for Coumadin Clinic functionality. We are c/s and are
looking for the use of MEDITECH for Coumadin clinic functions,
specifically:

* Dosing decision support based on lab results
* INR schedule decision support
* Scheduling/Follow-up for missed appointments

Thanks for your help.

1) No, our extra character (ascii 27) is the ESCape code, so even if they
tried to key it, they would be kicked out of the screen they're in. Our Code
CR2 scanners are programmed to handle the ascii 27 code.
2) We also use the same armband for our fingerstick glucoses and the Abbott
meters were programmed to accept another character, with the scripted
interface ignoring it. Our HL7 interface we will be installing this year
will also ignore the extra character.
After our BMV/eMAR goes LIVE, we'll be working on the NUR/BBK transfusion
record and probably handheld phlebotomy, but don't anticipate any issues.

I have a couple of questions for people that have added an extra character
to their wristbands for BMV.

1) Is the extra character visible to the user?
2) Do you scan wristbands for anything else other than BMV? If so, was it a
problem to program the other software to recognize the patient by the
wristband only?

We just finished up our first phase of MedDispense machines along with the
Meditech Interface.

Not sure on total hours on implementation, but it took myself and Pharmcy
working together to set the system up along with MedDispense.

The biggest challenge for us was to get the interface working the best for
our situation. In the very beginning we had issues with when an A08 (Update
Patient Information) message was sent to MD, it would send over all previous
visits for that patient which caused a nightmare for pharmacy.

It seems that the majority of our issues were with the Emergency Department.
During implementation we didn't have an MD machine in the ED, so everything
was sent to the central MD unit.

Depending on how many units you are allowed to purchase and locations I have
plenty more advice!:) Let me know what your specific plans are and I will
do my best to give you a hand! Feel free to contact me any time!

System with Meditech?

Hours and staff resources to set up?

Tips and Tricks?

Thanks,
