When Pharmacy verifies the order an MIS notification is sent to the Respiratory department printer.

Hi Barb,
The order is sent to their Status Board for them to acknowledge and verify, phone call is initiated if it is a STAT order. No paper, rule #1. I have found RTs are very accepting of this method since they usually use the Status Board in their process with My List.
