[MT-L] Messaging and Sign Me Up features

Good morning,
Are any Magic sites using the new Messaging tool between MDs, NUR,
and/or PHA? Additionally, is anyone using the "Sign Me Up" function for
the MDs?

Any feedback you have on either of these features would be great.
