On the issue of specific clients, we guarantee client
confidentiality, so I can't give specific client names, but I can tell
you that we have 1700 clinics participating all across the country.
These are mainly hospital based outpatient and private practices, with
some corporate owned and a very small number of Physician Owned
Practices.

Thank you for the reports. I am providing a little set
of instructions to help the Marianjoy staff prepare for transmission of
Patient Inquiry data to FOTO on a monthly basis. The instructions are
attached for review by Marianjoy folks.
If there is a need to further explain the instructions
or if you have any questions, please contact either Barb Ulbert of me.
Judy Holder from FOTO is available to us for assistance if we need her
expertise.
One thing Judy that I have been asked about is if a list
of organizations who are users of FOTO can be provided? I know that we
get something like this from the Press Ganey vendor for patient
satisfaction outcomes that is simply part of our report we receive from
them each quarter. Can you please respond to this request and to the
group here who have posed this question to me? Thank you in advance for
this help.
