Hi all,
We had our upgrade from CS 5.67 pp 9 to pp 18 today. As a result, two of our inbound interfaces to Meditech are showing many errors with a reason of connection refused. It is minutes between successful sends & an error and then another successful send.
Meditech asked us to see what may have changed with the OV but there is no OV other than our interface engine and the only thing that has changed is our Meditech version.
Anyone else have this issue?

Hi Patti, sometimes the interfaces are picky/order specific for restarting. I would suggest stopping the Meditech interface and the vendor side for the two that are having issues. Restart the Meditech side (inbound) delivery services first. Then start the vendor side. This sometimes works.
