[MT-L] DataMax O'neil E-Class Mark III label printer

Long shot here but is anyone using the DataMax O’neil E-class printer for Meditech lab labels? Have you had any issues with font size? We’re C/S 5.66 soon to be 5.67.
We just installed and are testing this lab label printer in two locations at the hospital. One location the labels print font is what we would expect but the other location the print font is so small you can’t read it.
These new printers have nothing you can setup on the physical printer and you’re only option is to enter the IP on the web to change any settings. We’ve match these setting to the location that prints correctly so we’re wondering if anyone has seen this issue and can offer some insight!
We’ve compared all Meditech dictionaries and can’t find any difference. I’ve ordered from different client and servers with no change.
