Here is how we did this.
When I built the delivery record in Meditech, I listed delivery information for Baby A, Baby B, and Baby C (we are a small community hospital and haven't had more than twins here in 20 years!). The information for Baby B and Baby C had different queries.
I then built 3 Newborn Admissions (Baby A, Baby B, Baby C) - and for information that I wanted to pull, I used those baby specific queries.
