Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Nursing - Edit/Undo Other User Documentation

We have 5 people designated in the core team that can undo or edit another
staff documentation. We weight each case that it is asked of us and
determine if it would be appropriate and make edits appropriately. We have
called staff back in for such items as Blood Administration and Code
documentation. We usually only edit or undo if the staff is not in the call
area (vacation) and it changes the integrity of the chart. The discharge
summary will keep track of the edits and users so it is all tracked.
Our overall theory is Edit/Undo for yourself.
