[MT-L] Magic 5.67 - Attribute to Send OA Message

I have a group response query that already has a DFT Attribute but now I need to add an attribute that will send an OA message based on the response.

I only need the OA message to be triggered if the response is two of the three possible responses.

My current query is:   NURSI77  Current Pressure Reduction Surface:   

       DFT=(IF{/[ANS%0,"NURSI76"]|0<5 "S"})!

       DFT=(IF{/[ANS%0,"NURSI76"]|0>4<10 "W"})!

       DFT=(IF{/[ANS%0,"NURSI76"]|0>9 "L"})

Group Response =    ELEMENT CODE        ELEMENT NAME

​                           L               10+ LOW AIR LOSS

                          S                0-4 STRYKER

                         W                5-9 WAFFLE MATTRESS OVERL   

​So if the answer is either the L - 10+ LOW AIR LOSS or the W - 5-9 ​WAFFLE MATTRESS OVERL I want it to trigger my OA message of HR WOUND

I have tried several different combinations but it either send a message for all of the answers or none of the answers....  Does anyone have any idea how to combine these attributes so they will work?
