We are finally going up in our ICU with Nursing documentation.
The docs are requesting to see the Admit weight as a field and then
today's weight with a delta from yesterdays weight.
The field for weight is the same so not sure how we can capture this...
Has anyone already done this and could mind meld with me?
I am sure we are not the only ones that have encountered this request.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide,

Most NPR report writers are used to using the CCDQR fields in admissions to get at query responses . This often works well if you only need the last response to a query. In your case, you need three weights as far as I can tell (i.e. Admit, Yesterday, Today). There are two ways to accomplish this:
1. If the query is sent to a PCI data source you can get the history of responses from there
2. Loop the documentation of every intervention that can be used for documenting weight
Getting the data from PCI is generally painful so I would use option 2. Unfortunately , this option is not easy either and a little time consuming so I can't write the code for you as a freebie, but I hope this does give you some insight on the task at hand.

We have an additional query on our "WEIGH" cds of Previous Weight (KG).
Current weight mnemonic is NUR.WT.KG
Previous weight mnemonic is NUR.WT.KGP
The NUR.WT.KGP query is first, with this attribute:
IFE=IF{@p.ADM.PAT.ccdqr.response["NUR.WT.KG"]^KG
IFE= P(R,S,KG^/[ANS%0,"NUR.WT.KGP"]|0)^#,""}
Then, we have a query of T-PREV (KG). It's mnemonic is NUR.WT.KGD (D
for difference/delta)
It's attribute is:
IFE=IF{([ANS,"NUR.WT.KG"]|0-[ANS,"NUR.WT.KGP"]|0)^DIFF
IFE= P(R,S,DIFF^/[ANS%0,"NUR.WT.KGD"]|0)^#,1}
Hope it helps,
Brian
