Currently our Medical Records department must pull multiple reports when
a request is made for a patient's chart. Does anyone have a report or
way that everything can be pulled from one function/report? We are C/S
5.64.
Thank you,

However as a long time Valco (Hyland) customer we didn't view this as a viable option. So, we are working on a project with Hyland and iPeople to be able to create various 'profiles' (ie patient request, legal request, etc) and then have the appropriate record with both Meditech reports and scanned images packaged together for printing, burning to CD, etc.
