[MT-L] URL in a report

Does anyone know if it is possible to embed a URL into a Departmental
report and Meditech recognize it as an active URL instead of just
text?(Some specific HTML syntax needed?)

Is purchasing the Status Updates interface from Meditech really the only
way to achieve this?

Currently we are still OE Departmental not ITS. (Magic 5.62)

Any help would be appreciated.
