[MT-L] Patient audit - who accessed this record - Magic 5.64

After searching the L' achieves, I see this question has been asked numerous times, " I'm in need of a report that shows everyone that accessed a specific patient."
Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any of the attached NPR's.

Would someone be so kind as to re-post the report? (Bill?)

If you want to check just PCI, there is a standard audit log.
If you want to check the patient based user audit logs, there is a standard "Print Patient Audit" under the Activity Logs in MIS on the standard MIS.USER.main.menu

The problem with the patient audit logs is that they might have been purged for space reasons.

Thanks Joe but in my "main menu" all I have is Activity logs by user, device and time.
It is probably my mistake as I just checked and this location is 5.62 not 5.64 and maybe they didn't have it then?

That is pre-ARRA so the only tracking will be in PCI.
