Good Morning L-ers,

I am currently attempting to set up a Vitek II interface and am having issues. (We are C/S 5.64)I have my dictionaries setup, hoepfully correctly and when I attempt a device watch, I am getting log error messages. When I check the background jobs, I have a status of never ran on the instrument job, while the convert looks to be running ok. I have a task out with but meditech but no response yet. I need to have it at least talking by next Tuesday. Any tips for me?

Thanks in advance,

Terri Sliker

Pressure MEDITECH. I think there is a survey at the end of their web tasks when you are in edit mode . I found if I really need help and
They dont respond in a few days, If I use this , someone contacts me pretty quickly.
I think it says....

Generate Service Issue Customer Satisfaction Survey and you can pick one of these and enter a comment...I pick Now .

Yes, when this issue is Closed
Now, even if issue is still Open
Never, for this issue
