[MT-L] ALDRETE SCORE Headers/Questions/Responses

It has come to my attention that there may STILL be confusion surrounding the Aldrete Score copyright.   The general nature of the confusion seems to stem from a misunderstanding of what it may mean to create an unauthorized Aldrete Score derivative work by simply changing the Aldrete Score headers/questions/responses to synonyms or paraphrases or abbreviations of the actual Aldrete Score headers/questions/responses.   Please feel free to contact me directly at aldret...@yahoo.com if you do not understand why the latter approach of changing the Aldrete Score headers/questions/responses to synonyms or paraphrases or abbreviations of the actual Aldrete Score headers/questions/responses may run afoul of Dr. Aldrete’s copyright.
