[MT-L] C/S 5.67 ADM Registration Productivity Report

Good Morning,

 

                We are looking to create a report that would capture the time the patient signed in, the start time of registration and the time the registration was filed.  Has anyone been able to create a report similar to this or have any suggestions on how we can track the registration time for productivity?
