[MT-L] Re-design of nursing module

Hi L-ers,

We are a Magic 5.66 soon to be pp8 community hospital. We will be going to CPOE in the future. In the meantime, we are looking at re-designing our nursing module. Currently we use NANDA based nursing diagnoses along with interventions. Have any of you redone your nursing module? Do you have screen shots you could share? Do you have ideas or suggestions for when we do the redesign? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

I would suggest you look at Virginia Saba. Her model is geared for
electronic documentation and takes more of a systems approach.
