We installed all new Kyocera Multi Functional Printer/Copier/Scanners.
Some of our end users are having printing issues from Meditech.

Is anyone else using Kyocera and are you having printing issues.

Example: In patient accounting a user tries to print 4 letters out of
Meditech and with print screens has to do it 3 or 4 times for it prints
or it kick the user out of Meditech.

We have re-installed Meditech, re-freshed printers, triple checked
drivers, rebooted Meditech printer servers.

We have no issues with windows printing. Example: word documents.

Is anyone having these types of issues or any Meditech printing issues?

Feel free to call me.

Are you using the Kyocera universal driver or drivers specific to the model?

Not a C/S guy but since it is an MF printer you may want to try installing the Kyocera software on the server or the PC itself. They do have their specific utilities/monitoring services.

Different scenario but I've had issues in the past with Fujitsu scanners where our PC tech just mapped to the driver on Microsoft's "new hardware found" wizard and the user would get error messages. Once I installed the software + driver (as in my instructions) the errors went away.

Please note, my email address has changed
