Senior Data Analyst – Salesforce Pipeline & Power BI

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Data Analyst
to build and extend pipeline and sales performance reporting using Salesforce
CRM data. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end visibility across the
sales funnel, including upstream referral and activity data, through
scalable data models and Power BI dashboards.
This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone
who combines deep Salesforce pipeline knowledge, strong SQL/data skills, and
advanced Power BI expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Build
and enhance sales pipeline reporting across Salesforce stages
(Lead, Referral, Opportunity, Application, Activation)
- Extend
reporting to include pre-referral activity, lead source attribution,
and upstream engagement data
- Develop
Power BI dashboards to track:
- Pipeline health and conversion rates
- Sales performance (rep, region, channel)
- Funnel leakage and bottlenecks
- Write
SQL and perform data transformations to create clean, reporting-ready
datasets
- Integrate
data from Salesforce (via CapStorm), Oracle Exadata, and other upstream
systems
- Define
and implement metrics, KPIs, and funnel logic (conversion %, cycle
time, stage movement)
- Perform
data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy against
Salesforce and business expectations
- Support
ad-hoc reporting requests and enhance existing dashboards based on
business needs
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise
- Strong
understanding of Salesforce CRM data model:
- Leads, Opportunities, Activities
- Pipeline stages, conversion metrics, and sales funnel
reporting
- Experience
building pipeline and sales performance reporting directly from
Salesforce data
Power BI Skills
- Hands-on
experience developing Power BI dashboards end-to-end
- Strong
in:
- Data modeling
- DAX calculations
- Interactive reporting and drill-down design
Data & Technical Skills
- Strong
SQL and data transformation experience
- Experience
working with large datasets and data warehouse environments (Oracle or
similar)
- Experience
integrating data from multiple sources into scalable reporting models
