Hi, all,
Last August I was assured that we would all get letters "within the next two weeks" alerting us to the locks being changed on the cluster boxes and new boxes being assigned.

Yesterday I was unable to get into our mailbox because the lock was changed even though there have been no letters sent from the Post Office.

When I went to the post office to find out what was going on, and hopefully to get new keys and a new box and my mail, it soon became obvious that there is much confusion about the process of assigning new boxes and changing the locks. Be prepared to be locked out of your box without notice. I was given no solution except the opportunity of asking the post office to hold our mail until they get things straightened out. There was no indication given me as to when things might indeed get straightened out.

Please email me at RLTW...@aol.com concerning any difficulties you have in this. We want to document what is happening.

My apologies if you are getting this information twice.
