Visual Studio 2012 Test Adapter loads dlls into the discovery process AppDomain

Hi,

I'm trying to get https://github.com/Gallio/Gallio-VS2011-Integration working with the latest version of VS 2012 and I'm nearly there. 

The only problem that I struggle with is line 69 in the following file https://github.com/Gallio/Gallio-VS2011-Integration/blob/master/MbUnitAdapter/MbUnitAdapter/TestExplorer.cs

which loads dlls into the discovery process AppDomain and locks them. The end result is that a given project with mbunit tests can be compiled only once.

Any suggestions are welcome :)
