The Wix installer should automatically uninstall the previous version. But sometimes, Wix seems to get lost and behaves strangely. Did you try to uninstall explicitly the previous version before installing the build 750?

The installer version didn't get bumped.  Either it still thinks it's installing 3.2 build 679 or it's the old installer (but it's a different file size).
