Hello Mamoona

This basically means that the occurrence point  -85.46108, 35.47507     (which is found in your csv file) is not in the area covered by your environmental variables. Please remove or delete that occurence point from your csv file and run your model. It should work

Hi everyone,
Apologies for the lengthy email. Kindly help me, I'm a novice in the ecological modeling field. I'm using kuenm package but unfortunately, I'm getting this error.
"Warning: Sample at -85.46108, 35.47507 in joint.csv is outside the bounding box of environmental data, skipping. Warning: Skipping Aedes_aegypti because it has 0 training samples"
And due to this error, candidate model files are not created completely, instead of 7 files only 2 files were for each model. Please help me why it's happening. Moreover, I think it might be the problem of different coordinate systems for both occurrence data and bioclimatic data please let me know how can I change the coordinate system of occurrence data. I used WGS 84 for raster to ASCII conversion. But did not manipulate the species occurrence coordinate system.
Kindly let me know about the solution. The code I run is attached in the form of a screenshot. Thanks

You should also probably remove this species because it has no occurrence point to train your data:   Aedes_aegypti

Thank you for your kind reply. But I'm particularly working on this species to train my model.
Is there any other possibility to solve this problem? Thanks

Dear Mamoona,
sure, this is caused by the different spatial reference system of your environmental raster and the occurrence points. You can easily transform
- the ecvironmental rasters using raster::projectRaster(); or
- the occurrence points using sf::st_transform().
