I need help in predicting distribution of a species with future climatic
scenarios. I have downloaded ssp1 and ssp5 file for the year 2021-2040 and
2041-2060 but as I am opening the file it has several bands. I don't know
what to do.

Hello,
If you downloaded daily or monthly data, it comes with layers, not bands.
I'm not sure which data provider you used, but I suggest downloading the 19
bioclimatic variables directly. Alternatively, you can aggregate your daily
data to a monthly basis and then generate the 19 Bioclim variables using
the biovars function from the dismo package in R.

I downloaded the data from worldclim database. I've already done the niche
distribution for present scenario and I'm aware of that process. The
problem I'm having is with the future climatic variables that I've
downloaded from world clim for the year 2021-2040 and 2041-60. This data
had four variables namely bio , tn tx and prec now i want to know how to
process this data on maxent and before that i want to learn how to process
this data on arcmap or qgis. Hope i was specific about my query.
