maxent.bat file missing

Hi folks, hope this mail will find you in good health, I am using a windows system and trying to install Maxent. However, it is clearly mentioned that the Maxent.bat file is necessary for windows system, but I am unable to find it . So, If anyone of you can provide it , I will be highly obliged.

If you download Maxent from this website, the package should contain everything necessary to run the software in Windows or any other environment that has Java installed.
