Faced problem while Analyzing Maxent output in R

I run maxent software and it gave me its output files: backgroundPredictions.csv and samplePredictions.csv. I used the same file to do analysis in R. However the AUC value I got from MaxEnt software v 3.4.4 and R is different. AUC from MaxEnt is 0.8 and from R is 0.89. Can anyone tell me what could be the reason?
