Greetings everyone,

When generating ENMs with maxent, ENMeval and dismo are my preferred packages. I particularly like the model selection functionality in ENMeval, but running multiple candidate models can be time consuming.

My workstation has a medium-high performance GPU and I am almost certain there is a way to allocate VRAM to maxent, I just don't know where to start. Does anyone have experience with this? Unfortunately, my knowledge of computer science is limited, so if it involves much beyond coding in RStudio, I might need some hand-holding. :)

Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply, but you should be able to use parallelization by setting parallel = TRUE to speed things up.
