Job Description:
Provide leadership in Summit configuration and
mapping business requirements to product functionality
Experience: 3 years of Summit experience. A
minimum of 5 years of Financial Services domain experience
Project Management experience preferably leading a Summit project.
Required Skills:
A thorough understanding of the Investment, Asset, and Portfolio Management
business domain
Understanding of the properties of the following asset classes:
Fixed Income
Money Market
Foreign Exchange
Equity
Credit Derivatives
Interest Rate Derivatives
Experience with the following processes:
Structured Trading
Risk Management
Confirmations and Settlements
Cash Management
Collateral Management
Accounting
Analytical and Regulatory Reporting
An excellent understanding of Summit*s business entities and their relationships
Ability to engage business owner to understand and analyze business needs and
map them to Summit Functionality
Must have the ability to easily identify gaps between business needs and
product functionality
Experience leveraging Summit FT to configure Summit Accounting rules, in alignment to business requirements
Mentor fellow team members
Document the configuration and provide trainings for the client
Maintain compliance with project*s software development processes
Provide post implementation support
Manage client expectations
Communicate progress to management in a concise and timely manner
Ability to identify new opportunities or process improvements that could evolve
into new solutions
Technologies: (Tools etc)
Working knowledge in Summit, specifically Summit Desktop, Summit FT, and Summit Reporting.
Working knowledge in Trading, and Billing and Accounting systems a plus
Project development methodologies
