Performance Tester (SR)
5-7+ years direct experience developing performance test plan and test cases, performing system/software failure analysis and documenting results. Experience in the Cable or Communications industry a major plus.
- 5+ years of experience leading performance analysis and tuning of applications in a large-scale systems (applications & network) environment, preferably for an ISP
- Experience in project planning, project management and critical path scheduling
- Experience in performance testing Web Services and WebLogic applications
- Experience in performance testing of Single Sign-On or CIMA Login applications
- Experience with WebSphere or JBoss web server administration, test automation, metrics reporting, database monitoring, etc.
- Strong Oracle or SQL experience - Candidate must have a thorough understanding of the Oracle and/or MS SQL database and SQL language.
- Knowledge and experience in a variety of relational DBMS and LDAP data structures
- Proven ability to analyze and trend performance and reliability of enterprise applications in production-like configuration
- Test tool knowledge / ability (HP Quality Ctr 9.2 & 10.0) for test script creation, management, execution, and defects resolutions.
